This Shipping Policy explains how Aarna Label ("Aarna", "we", "us") ships orders placed on shopaarna.in to customers across India.

Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Delhivery, one of India's leading courier and delivery networks.

Shipping Charges

• Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–9 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and, where opted in, WhatsApp. Shipping status updates (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered) are sent directly by our courier partner.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to serviceable pincodes across India, as verified at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment.

Payment Method

We accept online payments only (UPI, cards, net banking) via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
