At Aarna Label, we want you to love what you order. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return as described below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Raise a return request from your Aarna account, or by emailing us.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged via our courier partner.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is processed, or contact us and we'll help.
